Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the SpeakLife mobile application or visiting https://speaklife.io (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

SpeakLife is a mobile application and web platform that helps users generate personalized, scripture-based declarations and prayers. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted generation of personalized scripture declarations • Curated prayer sets and declaration plans • The ability to share declarations with others via shareable links • Declaration tracking, reminders, and streaks • Content library including Bible verses across multiple translations

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service on behalf of a commercial entity without our prior written consent.

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service allows you to input personal information (such as names, situations, and prayer intentions) to generate personalized declarations ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you provide.

By providing User Content, you grant SpeakLife a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you (e.g., generating your personalized declarations).

You agree not to input User Content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing • Defamatory or violating another person's privacy • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

We do not sell your prayer requests or personal declarations to third parties.

SpeakLife provides Bible verses from multiple translations including KJV, NIV, ESV, NLT, and ASV. Scripture content is provided for personal spiritual use. All Bible translations are used under their respective licenses and permissions.

The declarations and prayers generated by the Service are AI-assisted and intended as tools for personal devotional practice. They are not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional mental health care, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service • Reproduce or redistribute any content from the Service for commercial purposes without written permission • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

The SpeakLife name, logo, app design, generated content templates, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to SpeakLife. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

Personalized declarations generated for you through the Service may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing with friends or family, posting on social media for personal expression).

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://speaklife.io/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content provided through the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPEAKLIFE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
