Information collected automatically: • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers) • Usage data (features used, session duration, screens viewed, declaration streaks) • Crash reports and performance diagnostics • IP address and general location (country/region level only)

Information we do not collect: • We do not collect precise GPS location • We do not collect payment card information (processed by Apple App Store / Google Play) • We do not read your contacts, messages, or other apps

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service • Generate personalized scripture declarations based on your inputs • Send you notifications you have opted into (e.g., daily declaration reminders) • Respond to your support requests and communications • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the app experience • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your prayer requests or personal declaration content to train AI models or sell to advertisers.

When you request personalized declarations, the information you provide (the person's name, the situation described) is sent to an AI language model to generate the declaration text. This processing is necessary to deliver the core feature of the Service.

We take the sensitivity of prayer content seriously:

• We do not store your declaration inputs longer than necessary to generate and deliver the result • We do not use your prayer content to build advertising profiles • We do not share individual prayer content with third parties for their own use

Declarations you explicitly share via a shareable link are stored to make that link functional. Shared declarations expire and are deleted after the period shown at the time of sharing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI generation). These providers access information only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of SpeakLife, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: If SpeakLife is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance purposes.

Shared declaration links are stored until their expiration date. Expired shared declarations are automatically deleted.

Anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

The SpeakLife app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple and Google have their own privacy practices that apply to your use of their platforms.
